On June 04 2009, it was held the Municipal Development Forum of Sambizanga in the Facilities Akwa Sambila Auditorium in the city of Sambizanga, in Luanda.
The organization was performed by DW (Development Workshop) and had the involvement of various sectors such as Local Authorities, members of civil society, private sector, Municipal Administration, Local Authority Singles and churches located in the city and beyond.
In the Forum, it was inaugurated the newly Secretary body, which was legitimized by the quorum present, then the election of the President of the forum, Mr Zeca Araújo, who won the election with his chest competitor Mrs Teresa Hope, by 62 votes against 47 votes.
It is noteworthy that a major objective of the Forum is to encourage the engagement of Local Government and the private sector, communities and other providers interested in the mobilization of resources, efforts and skills to address issues of common interest. |
